We had a bumpy track, be careful with hot drinks warning on the GAML today. Full justified imho by the state of the track around Shenfield.

Ive been thrown off my seat on the DLR between Bow Road and Pudding Mill Lane and some outer parts of the Epping branch of the Central line are pretty 'lively'.

No. I was literally thrown off my seat. There was a really bad jerky place, I'm talking some years ago. It was quite scary tbh. I wrote in and got a ' we know best ' kind of bureaucratic reply but the track did get repairer.
