Isle of Man trams and trains

Got a few days over there this week, want to at least ride the prom on the horse drawn tram, bit steep at 2.50 for a single ticket so might go all day ticket.

Is the service frequent, can't find a timetable, anyone able to link me to one thanks?! I assume there are stops on the way like a regular tram?

Also want to try Snaefell railway but the forecast is disappointing! I don't suppose the interior is heated?

The Go Explore cards are very good value IMO.
