Is Trent not a free simulation, as it only appears in the shop?

they are all free. Look in the downloads area. It may be one of the sims where you have to register to download.

If you login, you'll see it in the Downloads section under Official Software - 'Simulations (for Registered Users)'. The shop is the area to make donations for simulations you are using.
