I got handed a letter last night after my shift, requesting I attend a meeting to discuss my static shift arrangements. The meeting will be on Thursday (2 days from now).
There will be a manager and Unite representative present.
My question is this:
Is it normal to have just two days notice in order to create a case to defend yourself? I have been on this static line for just over a year.
