Noticed that Met is shut south of Northwood. Does this mean the north curve is in use?

I believe Geoff Marshall did a video this summer and there are a few passenger workings and a few ECS moves daily.

Yes, but they're all at silly o'clock. Days like today give people the chance to ride it at a sensible time.

Yup - can confirm I did so in both directions, it took less than an hour out of a pretty busy day. Slightly underwhelming but not sure what I expected really!

The service pattern appeared to be that everything heading south from Rickmansworth headed via Watford. Heading out of Watford, trains went either towards Northwood, Amersham, or Chesham.

This was a very spontaneous journey for me, I only "found out about it" while checking TFL status for another journey I did later. Surprised that there wasn't already a thread or maybe this is more commonplace than I thought?
