Is the Elizabeth Line open today (Sunday 23rd)?

I thought Sunday opening started on the 6th of November but the TfL and National Rail apps show services through the core to be running and the service status on the TfL website makes no mention of the central section being closed. What is going on?

It is testing through running. It was mentioned in another thread. Stations will be closed but I think it has been mentioned that the trains have to be given passenger reporting codes for the systems to be tested properly.
