According to LMs website super off-peaks are not valid until the 11:00 departure from St Pancras on weekdays and there is no direct service from Corby to Derby on a Saturday.
What about on Bank Holiday Monday?

Are EMT running a M-F timetable?
Monday 30 August
A normal weekday service will run, subject to the following changes because of engineering works:
Some trains to and from London St Pancras will be retimed by up to 8 minutes because of engineering work between Wellingborough & Kettering
The 22:00 London St Pancras to Sheffield and the 22:25 London St Pancras to Sheffield services will not call at Loughborough - Connecting buses will run between Leicester, Loughborough and East Midlands Parkway
