Is it time to build an ark?

Has anyone seen the news recently. A bit of snow and half the country shuts down its pathetic!! Buses carn't run (its unsafe), trains are delayed (wrong type of snow), schools shut down, it goes on. How did we come in the 60's 70's 80's we just got on with it. So is it time to just build an ark ? The news would probably say yes, but from these pics i doubt it.

When were you at Lancaster?

Some of your shots look very reminicent of the day I was there cos of exams....

Was at Lancaster on Friday, around half 3.30 till 16.14 left on a TPE Barrow train. There was a school just came out when i was walking down to the town and a lot of school kids on the train to Carnforth (the 1614) Were you there like ?

No, it's just the light and some of the trains made me think it was one of the days in January I was out, particularly as there was another photter there as well.

If I'm honest, some of those shots look so like mine, at first I thought someone had nicked them (though how that's possible if I never uploaded them I dont know!)

The 1614 is the train out of Lancaster for schoolkids to the north - there's about 3 schools use it; Ripley, LRGS and LGGS.
Ripley have blue blazers, we at LRGS have dark blue/ black and LGGS have marsson or black jumpers.
