Are connections from the Nenagh line to Dublin Heuston guaranteed?

In particular the connection from the Saturday 1855 arrival from Limerick on to the 1858 departure to Dublin Heuston which is the last of the day to stop.

Can't comment specifically on Ballybrophy, but in February, I was coming from Athenry down to Limerick, then across to Limerick Junction to catch a train into Dublin late on a weekday evening.

We were quite late into Limerick, but the connection to Limerick junction and the train from Limerick into Dublin were held, so we were able to make the connection.

It seems Iarnrod Eireann do protect these type of connections.
