Hi, I got stopped for an incomplete ticket journey (not the right journey ) back over a year ago and have only just been emailed about it today. Have been asked for history of railcards for the last 6 years. Looking for advice - worried it will be taken to court. Has anyone else had this experience?

It is GWR. The correspondence says they are investigating as advised by Revenue Protections officer. It just says evidence so it can be removed from calcs.

It's really important we see the email to find out exactly what they are threatening; please post the text of the email to get the most detailed and accurate advice.

Please post a copy of the letter you've received with your detail redacted, but above all else do not send any sort of response until we can give you advice.
