Inverurie Railway Bridge Sept 2009.
The old double-track bridge over the River Don to the south of Inverurie station as seen in Sept. 2009. It had been singled in the latter 60's and the Up side deck devoid of rails and left to the elements.
The final photo was taken in April 2019, showing the bridge completely covered as work takes place to fully refurbish the bridge and double-tracked once again. The double-tracking between Inverurie and Kittybrewster, Aberdeen should be completed by May 2020.
