I know that the small siding that remains of the harbour branch was once used by Safeway, but since Safeway was taken over by Morrisons has there been any use of it?

It was used to transfer food and other items to lorries for distribution to Safeway stores.

I've noticed a number of container waggons left there (post Morrisons' takeover, but can't recall when). I'm not any sort of 'spotter', and so might not have noticed if there was a loco attached or not, but they weren't Stobarts' / Tesco containers.
