This is essentially a Travelcard for Bus & Rail services in Greater Bristol.

It allowes unlimited train and bus travel in Greater Bristol on the following operators: -
First Great Western
South West Trains
CrossCountry

Abus
ACL Travel
First Bristol/First Somerset and Avon
Mike's Travel
Ryans Coaches
Shaftesbury & District
Somerbus
Victa Coachways
Wessex Connect

Greater Bristol is split into three zones. Which are detailed on this map: http://www.firstgreatwestern.co.uk/Documents/Custom/Freedom Travelpass.pdf

Unfortunately it's not very clear as it only shows rail services, but zone A seems to be bus zones 1&2.

Sadly also you have to buy at least zone A, so it's no good for local journeys in Bath or Weston.

Peak tickets come in 1-day, 7-day and 1-month variations. Off peak is 1 day only.

But the big thing... WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE?! £7.00 off peak for zone A versus £4.90 for the nNetwork (one day) which covers the entirity of what used to be called the West Midlands county, a much larger area with a much more comprehensive bus and rail network, plus a single tram line.

The First Bus & Rail Card is no longer avaliable.
