They ask you about when you have worked on your own for long periods, how you felt/coped etc. When you have had to follow rules. When you have completed a two week course recently, or an important event that changed your life and how you coped, not giving up smoking lol. When you have had to deal with pressure and how it affected you.
Have plenty of answers, dont hesitate too much and dont get flustered or stressed, stay calm, they try to make you crack a bit to see what you are made of.

im starting to get nervous now, have spent the whole day thinking about what to say and researching FCC.

You are in EXACTLY the same position as everyone else, just get a goodnights sleep and eat a decent breakfast, if unsure of the question ASK and think before answering.
Good luck and try not to come across as nervous.

They like to asked what would you do type questions. Just relax, just abit of humour and be honest. Just remember some people interview can be as nervous as you.
