Interview with TransPennine Express

Hey guys (and gals),

I've been asked to attend an interview with TransPennine Express for the position of Travel Advisor.

I know roughly what the job entails, but does anyone know exactly what it's like?

Also, any advice for the interview itself?

I'd say that a lot of TOC interviews for a lot of positions are likely to be the same as in many jobs.

1. What you know about the company
2. What you think the job entails
3. Example of when you've dealt with an irate customer & how it made you feel
4. Why you want to work for the company

You may also get that dreadful [1] question about your strengths and weaknesses.

[1] I say that as it's now somewhat of a cliché and I think that using it in an interview is absolutely dreadful, although I can understand how it can strike fear into any interviewee!
