yeah, you'll get asked the usual stuff, why you want the Job? what do you think is involved? what do you know about the company? what would you do in certain situations? what motivates you to do this job?

The managers at Reading depot seem like genuinely friendly guys, and make you feel really comfortable, and just make it feel like a friendly chat. (and I'm not just saying that because they gave me a job!:))

It will most likely be a competency based interview where you will be expected to demonstrate various competencies to them based on your previous experience. These should be real examples and not hypothetical situations as the questions can be quite probing and you can be easily caught out if you don't use a real example.
