Hi my name is Basit and I have been interviewed by gwr rpo on 29/09/2025 and this my 2nd time I have been catch but first time gwr officer give me just 60 pound penalty and I paid this already and it’s happend same month by mistake I told them I have been fined and he took pic of this as well.Now I am very worried what will be happening to me I regret by my mistake I don’t want to go court .i told rpo I will pay but he told me gwr will contact you I need advice is there any chance they will give me out of court settlement ?

There is still a decent chance that you will be able to obtain an out of court settlement, but beware that your previous transgression will count against you.

Don't say you 'regret my mistake'. You regret being caught. It also doesn't seem to be a mistake as you have already received a Penalty Fare previously. Some would argue being worried is exactly how you should feel, possibly guilty as well.

What was the reason for being interviewed?
What was the reason for the Penalty Fare?
