Interview Questions

Hi all
I have been invited for an interview following my recent application for Station Control Assistant with Network Rail , the interview is competency based- I just wondered if anyone had any ideas what sort of questions I might expect at the interview?

I did some research which suggested a sound understanding of Network Rail's safety campaigns / rules would be beneficial, but any other ideas about what else they could ask in terms of competencies would be greatly appreciated.

I imagine it will be stuff like asking for examples of your ability to work under pressure, prioritise, give good communications, teamwork etc.

One will be about safety so prep on the safety vision, diversity and inclusion and one about your motivational fit (why you want the job what skills can you bring etc).
