I have an interview for a signalling job with NR for Calder Valley West Yorkshire.
My only worry is the medical if I'm successful that is! I had a knee replacement 2 years ago, I am fully active although I can't run! Will this hinder my chances?

I don't think so from my experience. Colour blindness, hearing, blood pressure, drink, drugs, pee test for diabeties. They will assess your general mobility but it shouldn't be a problem.
Good luck with the interview
