Interview for conductor next Thurs

Please can anyone help. I have an interview next Thurs with Arriva trains. I have worked my way through the psychological assessments they sent me but would like more practise. Does anyone know where I can get them online and also if anyone has experience of being interviewed by Arriva trains I would welcome any advice.
