Which Internet Browser do you use?

I've changed between Avant, Mozilla and IE.
Now I'm on Safari, after I heard that it was available to be used in Windows as well as iMac, and Macbook

Firefox all the way! even got it portable so i never have to use Internet Explorer again

I now use Safari (for Windows) as it's miles faster than Firefox and doesn't have as many memory leaks.

Opera is faster than Firefox, not sure if this Safari is? ive not head of it until now...

Safari was the 'native' iMac browser for quite some time - the performance on my laptop is lightning fast compared to Firefox and the rendering is far, far quicker.

Apple have since released version 3.0 out as a public beta for both Mac and Windows.

Not sure about it at the moment...
Shift+Enter doesn't work here, but it does using Firefox.
And what's with the Thread Tools and Display Modes thing? I never got that on Firefox before :???:

EDIT: Shift+Enter does work...it just doesn't seem to do anything until I've posted :???:

Ah I see. Still, Safari seems to be a little annoying...

Whats the deal with the font smoothing? It's just annoying. Gives me headache. Think I'll be sticking to Firefox.
Oh and also, clicking the wheel of my mouse to scroll doesn't work.

The font smoothing I think is quite nice - you can lighten it by going in Preferences on Ctrl+,.

Yes, lighten it. But not get rid of it. It's nice at first, but then, it started to make me feel a little ill. I don't really understand the point in the font smoothing at all. I mean, in Firefox everything's so perfectly clear and crisp.

Looks very Apple like! lol...

Seems kind of plain. No bar at the bottom... switched straight from Mozilla and for some reason thought it was full screen!

....those are just the top 5.

Used to get that all the time. Seems to have magically fixed itsself.

I also hate the one where it refuses to run without a restart.

I've been getting that message loads more since I updated to version 2, but its soo much better than 1.5 I can't go back! :roll:

I use Firefox and IE6. There is no way in hell I am going to download IE7 again, its full of bugs, & all the pages that only display well in IE, look worse than in FF!! hock: :mad:

Does Safari have WMP support?

Interestingly enough, I haven't needed to use IE for a while now, either FF has changed so more websites work in it, or web design has got better!

I only use IE now for a website where I have two accounts, it's easier having it saving logins in 2 browsers for each account, rather than logging out and back in again.

firefox for me. had it on my desktop, but now on my laptop as well. personally havent had that many problems with it TBH
