International Validity - Benelux

I have an Interrail 3 day one country pass for Benelux.
It would appear that validity is limited to SNCB/NMBS, NS, CFL and Thalys and Eurostar neither of which I will be using.
i was hoping to use the pass on Arriva in the Liege/Maastricht area. Is anybody aware whether or not it is accepted by Arriva?

A quick look on the Interrail website shows that it is valid in The Netherlands on NS, and Arriva, Connexxion, Keolis, Syntus, Veolia and DB Regio.
