I am wondering if there are any International Services from STP operated by a TOC other than Eurostar. Thanks in advance.

Not at the moment - Deutsche Bahn (German railways) have ambitions but its all gone quiet on that front.
None currently, but watch this space.
Is it correct that DB plan to stop at Stratford International as well if their services ever begin?

I would think that highly unlikely unless they self fund full border controls & security. Eurostar have little interest in serving Stratford.

It is highly unlikely that high speed international services will ever stop at Stratford. Only the commuter to Calais is even remotely likely.
That one will be a belter for HM Border Force
In passing, the "International" side at Stratford is, I understand, not fitted out at all, it's nothing more than a concrete shell. The costs of fitting it out and staffing it just don't stack up for the little potential additional revenue to be gained from passengers who do not/would not travel from St Pancras but would from Stratford. You will notice the French were more sensible and didn't put a half-built TGV station at Saint Denis.
Stratford International - another half baked idea from a bunch of dreamers. Passengers coming in from East Anglia can change at Stratford for the continent. They'll be suggesting running trains from Glasgow to Paris and sleepers from Plynouth to Brussels next.
