Apologies if this has already been asked, but is there a resource with live departure boards for stations outside of the UK? I'm not really fussy where, I am just trying to satisfy a curiosity. The USA or other English speaking countries would be nice though.

Select your station from the list on the right, then click on one of the two mock departures and arrivals screens to see live info. They don't have every station, but they certainly have all the major stations.

Czech Railways have this interactive map which shows where trains are and if they're delayed. Quite basic though

Thanks, that Copenhagen S-Tog system a good one. Pity it doesn't show the Nohab hauled freight train from Frederiksvaerk.

At the moment the train movements are still simulating the 2008 timetable. They are looking for a some programmer(s) to upgrade it to show the current real time positions of trains.
