Internal user wagon

Was contemplating tonight over an internal user wagon at Toton that is being modified. We were speculating on its build date. The steel was rolled in Middlesbrough we can read, it had an int exam in 1978, but the builders plates have been removed.

Vehicle number 025035, previous number ADM700703. Has anyone a wagon book that gives the build date, please?

From the Preserved database was built at Shildon in 1944 for the LMS
