Internal Jobs at ScotRail

Are there often internal jobs at ScotRail which aren't on their recruitment website or do they advertise everything on their recruitment website?

In a word, yes. My understanding is that a vacancy can be advertised internally first. If nobody is accepted for it then it will be advertised externally. I can't say for sure this happens with all vacancies. But the bottom line is, if you are 'in the door' already, you will have 1st crack at vacancies. Hope this isnt too garbled!
