Intercites Nuit 4850 Perpignan to Strasbourg

I am trying to book this train for the evening of Saturday 1st August 2015 after finding it on DB Bahn site, it's in the SNCF PDF timetable but will not appear on it's journey planner.

It appears in Journey Planners the Saturday before and after.

I've just looked up some information on this train, both via NS International (Dutch) and SNCF websites.
If you go to the SNCF website, select on the left "Horaires & Info trafic en temps réel", then Rechercher "Un Train", type 4850 and select your date, you'll be able to find it's running normally (here at least).

Ticket sales should open up 3 months in advance, however, the engineering works aren't that far ahead visible to the public. If you look here http://aide.voyages-sncf.com/toute-...oraires-trafic-gares/perturbations-et-travaux you can see that on the 10th of this month, they uploaded all the works for July. So maybe they already 'know' works might happen, so the train isn't fully advertised/sold yet. Further information on this, I sadly can't give you (yet), as I don't know what'll happen for August.

This link below might not work, but I went to Voyages SNCF. Initially it does not appear as a search result but crucially the is a little bit of small print saying 'see also other trains not yet open [for reservation] ".

Once I clicked this the trains showed up with the message 'non ouvert'

Note that you need to find the 'proper' French version not the English language versions of SNCF web sites which only have half the information, and always sell me worse seats at higher prices than if booked in French
