So im just curious a ticket from gravesend to smallbrook Junction with Railcard is £72.70 anytime day return

Anytime day return 50% concussion not available any idea why I'm presuming it due to either ferry link or hover link

So used anytime day return to Portsmouth and south sea for £40.60
Then Portsmouth to smallbrook Junction with Railcard discount £18.45

I'm just wondering if there any other cheaper ways doing so or this was the best route.

50% concussion???

Within old NSE area railcard not valid until CDR valid. So if departing earlier try splitting where you get to off-peak time from that point.

Am a wheelchair user so use the wheelchair discount on anytime day returns with 50% off and disabled Railcard has no time restrictions

If you are prepared to travel via Dartford and Three Bridges, the forum's booking engine will show you that further splits at East Croydon and Gatwick Airport will reduce the price further.
