Here's a selection of pictures from the Innotrans exhibition, where Siemens unveiled their new High-speed train for Russia, GE showed off their new power unit for Freightliner's project Genesis, and much, much more. I've a lot more pictures to add over the next few days (more vehicles, interiors etc), so don't forget to pop back to have a look.

underway on my electric loco
Very nice pictures.

I've visited this fair on the weekend after, too. But it was totally crowded. So it was nearly unpossible to get information or take some good photos.
So I confined myself to locomotives only, cause I am train traiver. And according to my job it's interesting to get to know what novelties will be put into service the next years.

The most interesting machine I saw there was the new Czech electric locomotive built by Skoda. I would like to test it, if I will ever get a chance i want to drive it. Other interesting loco's (to my mind): The new Belgian class 18 (Siemens Eurosprinter 2007), the Spanish multi-gauge locomotive, a kind of class 66 and some diesel locomotives by Voith.

Glad you enjoyed the pictures Siggi. As you say - there was some very interesting stuff on show. The Spanish dual gauge loco (a first from TALGO) was rather unusual.
