"Infrastructure damage" - What is broken on the District line today? (17/06)

What have they broken?

District Line: Severe delays between Turnham Green and Richmond due to infrastructure damage. GOOD SERVICE on the rest of the line. Tickets are being accepted on London Buses, London Overground and South Western Rail.

I think this is because the West London Line has been shut all day due to OHLE damage in the North Pole area. Some Clapham trains have been diverting to Richmond.

Exactly that, increased Mildmay Line service to Richmond, 50% District, normal District service resumed at 17:30.
