As I have previously asked, where do you want WTT's for?

You can obtain some materials from the DfT under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Sadly not, the DfT have them although they are not the data owners so can not disclose them without the data owners permission. The owner is not covered by the Freedom of Information Act

Freightmaster is what you need, there is no other way to get a list of all the freight trains due at that location. Helsby is included. Freightmaster won't give you all the passenger timetables, but you can use live departure boards (eg. for Chester) to get a rough idea for that.

I can get WTTs but I don't do places with a stupid amount of trains everyday. Too much copy and paste

WTTs are available from the DfT
They are available under FOI
You need to write to the FOI Officer
http://www.dft.gov.uk/foi/whatyouneedtoknow/

A cheaper method would be to contact the ORR with the reason why you need the WTT
They are £12.50 each, and there are 36 in total covering each region

Final source is Network Rail

An alternative well known source, as said in a few posts before, is also to ask someone with access to TRUST. ;)

This would be asking someone to breach their Terms of Employment
Would be a bit sad to see someone disciplined or sacked over a Misuse of Computers (haven't I seen this before on here!)

Hence why I mentioned what Smudger said: 'any information giving to me will be confidential...'. As in what he/she is asking for, your not supposed to have, & can only obtain if your in the rail industry.
