Information failure on Portsmouth line

There seems to have been a PIS failure on the Portsmouth Direct this morning. RTT is showing "no report" for station calls between Guildford and Havant, and many platform screens are showing "Delayed" for all services even when they were running to time.
Guildford station announcements were apologising for delay to specific trains even after they'd left on time.

(Edited) Seems to have been fixed sometime around 10:00.

It's quite a common reoccurring fault on that line.
