Information Controller

Hello all, just a general question here. I have a job interview lined up with London Midland for the position of Information Controller based at Birmingham. So I need to do a bit of swotting up, for the interview I want to have a bit of knowledge of London Midland operation, standards and procedures, and also some knowledge of traincrew terms and conditions of service. Any ideas where I may be able to find these, or are there any London Midland employees able to give me some advice?
