Info Needed - Vadul Siret to Chernivtsi bus

Trying to do Timisoara to Kharkiv by train doing the border crossing at Vadul Siret.

Sadly the train from Suceava to Chernivtsi misses the train to Ivano for the sleeper to Kharkiv by minutes so wondered if there is a bus from Vadul Siret aka Cherepkivtsi

Have found a timetable in the opposite direction but can't get it to reverse.

Not from VS. The most common method needs some improvising: share-taxi from Suceava till Chernivtsi-or maybe 2 at both sides of border. Look at cars with UA plates at Suceava (nord!), best just after a train from Bucuresti has arrived. Bus-this I only gather from some traveller-info sites-is said to be quite inpredictable-will run from Cher only if enough tickets have been sold-and in that case will thus not do the return either! Anyway-in Suc train&bus stations are quite far apart (also in Cher).
Oh-and in UA do not risk in any case connections of just a minute or so-it wont work.
IF needing really uptodate and specific info-try a Q in english at fora like drehscheibe-online.de or lonelyplanet.com/thorntree. A guy named maxy will answer in a few days-he is a goldmine of knowledge about all things UZ (Ukr railways) and seems to work there too.
