Industrial Bo-Bo

Hello all,
Sorry it is not much to go on but.............
Some years ago I read a report of a visit to a large industrial complex in the North East ( Mine possibly?) Which featured a Bo-Bo diesel industrial loco. I think the builder might have been Fowler. The tractor people not the CME.
Can anyone help I/D the type and point me to a photo of same.

I know it's not a Fowler but it might have been a class 25/26/27 Sulzer

Thanks for your time and effort. It certainly wasn't an ex mainline class loco. I would have recognised that from the photo that accompanied the article.
