Increase to contactless fare

Hoping I'm not going mad here...
In March, the off peak contactless fare from London Paddington to Reading increased to £13.60. Fine. I have taken this route a few times and have been charged £13.60.

At the weekend I noticed I had been charged £14 for the same journey. Checked the fare finder and the fare has indeed increased to £14!

Is this an error or have TfL put in a sneaky extra price increase?

GWR, the fare setter outside of Z1-6, has put a fare increase recently

Apologies if I missed another thread, but why have GWR put fares up this week? At least for ODTs... was there an annnouncement? Aren’t increases supposed to be in March now? Or is this more TfL shenanigans?
