Incorrect information in March 2017 PON (Periodic Operating Notice)

I was updating my signal box phone numbers yesterday and noticed that the South East one still has all the 0207 London Bridge signal box numbers when most panels have transferred to Three Bridges.

Surely an official NR publication should have correct up to date information and have been checked?

Is this sort of thing common?

Given that a couple of RAIB reports have commented on how quickly a driver has been able to contact the 'box this does seem a crazy situation.

Do the numbers not divert?
I know that all the numbers at Ebbsfleet used to (and may well still) be 020 8, because they're all on the same exchange as the ones at St Pancras.

Well that's nothing, they completely messed up the Western PON (pages printed back to front and no sequentially for a start) that they've had to reissue it.

there is a similar scenario within the military where the DDI numbers for various outposts and reserve centres have dialling codes of hundred + miles away becasue thy are 'internal' MoD lines and the gateway is at a Major barracks / Garrison/ Depot / Naval dock or Crabbist station

The numbers are correct. They have been diverted.

When you call Colchester PSB, the BT numbers are 01206, but all the internal numbers from 'outside' start with 01473.
