Does anyone have a list of incident codes (if used - e.g. 01 - Fire on train) that are used in things like CCIL and TRUST?
The reason that I ask, is I am developing a web application designed for railway incident reporting (for fun really). It's database driven and dynamic and supports lots of features. One of these is preprogrammed incident codes, and I need an idea of what they are. If you would prefer to PM or email it, that's fine as well.
