incident at West Hampstead Thameslink (14 January 2015)

[DelayRepay]

There has been an incident at West Hampstead Thameslink this evening. The station was closed when I passed through and everything was running on the slow lines.

Thoughts as always with those involved.

The incident at West Hampstead was very well handled last night from a passenger point of view - a relief train pulled alongside the incident train - and over 600 passengers cross boarded in less than an hour - returned to St Pancras and then carried on northwards. Driver excellent from feedback in difficult circumstances.
