Incident at East Garforth 15/10/22

Anyone know what the incident was that occurred at East Garforth earlier? It delayed 9M24 from departing York as they needed to get permission for a driver to be piloted along a diversionary route, but we weren’t told what actually happened, does anyone have a reason?
