Ince & Elton Encirc Works

Hi all,

Just a quick question. A service that runs most Tuesdays, Middleton Towers to Ince & Elton Encirc Works, I was wondering where 'Ince & Elton Encirc Works' actually is?
Looking on track maps, the nearest place I can find is Kemira Fertilisers, but it states it is out of use. Another place could be Ellesmere Port, but I can't be sure. Does anybody know where exactly this place is?

There is a 'new' siding, very close to the Kemira Fertilizer one. (Scope for a connection to the latter has been protected.)

The traffic is 'special' sand for glass making.

That siding got put in a few years back, there is a Network Change for it that will confirm the date, has it only just started getting traffic?
