I submitted a Delay Repay claim on Sunday 6th August for an eTicket purchased through RailUKTickets and received my RTVs in this morning's post (Tuesday 8th August)

Why would you want RTVs when you can have the same sum in actual money which can be spent on rail travel if you like, but anywhere else too?
