Looks like the RMT is going to ballot members over Rostering, Complianance with PTR & R and T3 possessions.

On top of this, the ORR (Office of Rail Regulation) have raised safety concerns with the government over the 1500 maintenance staff NWR plan to axe!

Who predicts a strike?
