this unit has somthing in common with all super sprinters and express sprinters. But not many EMUs share this feature

OK I'll change the phrasing slightly

All super sprinters and express sprinters have this attribuite, as does the EMU I am thinking of, a new EMU based on a depricated EMU that is potentially going to be re-ordered also has this attribute, as does another EMU in the same series that is seen as non-standard and better.

This EMU has only ever worked in one country, but has never been used in service in the county in witch it was built, but has been used in two counties bordering the county it was built in.

The attribute it shares with DMUs and and all Super Sprinters is 23m long bodies.
They share this attribute with the 380s, in the same family as 350s that may be having more ordered, and also the non-standard 444s.

Only worked in two areas, built in Leeds, W Yorks, worked in Lancashire / Greater Manchester and Derbyshire, both bordering W Yorks.

Derbyshire does border W Yorks, not for much but it does.

So, that could be almost any class operating in the UK at the moment as most depots are in 'inner city' areas.
