p3 wasn't used for a good few years, but last week it seems to be used by the two-hourly Cardiff-Holyhead trains...

Indeed, p2 is under the northernmost car park now. That would fit, but I don't think p6 is used by any booked service.

Windermere is correct. The old trainshed is now a Booths supermarket.

This station is now a single platform request stop on a single track through line (no loop), but for one week every year trains start and terminate here.

Not that easy - first thought was a racecourse somewhere then I remembered welsh show specials somewhere in the back of my mind. A quick google and there



One (through) platform, hourly service each way. Used to be a two platform station on a different site.
