Il Treno Dante Firenze to Ravenna

[peteb]

The company's website states this to cease operations with immediate effect:

Dear travelers,

It is with great regret that we have to announce that Dante's Train will not be resuming its journeys.

We thank you for having contributed to making Dante's Train not only a means of transport, but a symbol of connection, culture and passion.

Our adventure ends here, but the memories of this beautiful experience will continue to live in the hearts of those who were part of it.

Thank you all.

A pity as it looked like a great run with historic stock along a scenic route between two very touristy destinations.
