I came here to this lovely website in order to get help with identifying this station - I’ve been told it’s likely on the Chiltern Line.

It’s super important that I get some info on the matter as it’s related to privacy issues I’ve had ongoing since January.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Yes, I guessed Stourbridge Junction as well. Here's a picture that looks quite similar to the OPs.

Looking at the two pictures, while there are similarities, there are a number of differences - most obviously the platform number signs - that make me say they are not the same station.

But sorry, I can't say where it is.

It is taken on the other platform facing the other way.

As a resident of Stourbridge, I can confirm that it is Stourbridge Junction

Both photos are of Stourbridge Junction, the reason for the differences lies in the gap in time between the two: London Midland replaced all the signage (including platform numbers and the direction indicators) during their tenure, and the 153 lurking in the background puts it at at least 2009.
