I need help with Unloading and Loading Frieght

In railworks 2 I would like to be able to unload and load frieght like grain from a grain elevator, wood from a lumber mill, irom from and iron mill. The industries don't really need to make the product but I would like to take logs to the lumber mill and unload the logs. Go to another track and click on the load button and lumber freight would be loaded. I want to load unload freight of many type like in Trainz but just want to do it in Railworks 2.

I think this is done via the "T" key on the keyboard :/
