To EC, XC, and Northern staff.

I decided to visit parents this weekend South of the Scottish border and I have to say I was well looked after by all of the above mentioned. Despite some things I had heard about jobsworth staff, they were all very friendly and offered a great service. Thank you from a grateful Scotrail driver.
