I seem to remember a web site that was devoted to dmu history, and (if I remember correctly) it had a list of numbers. However, I cannot now find it, suggesting that it has either been closed, or experienced major alterations. I was hoping to find details of hybrid set P872, which was part class 101 and part class 108, being a combination of vehicles 53247 and 53646 - does anyone know the original numbers of these vehicles?

Thank you for the reply to my question - I think the website I was looking for is the one provided by the Railcar Association - it does however seem to have undergone several changes (?)

There have clearly been major changes in the railcar site - they say that " the old site is gradually being transferred over, often with lots of new material added".
